Free blood pressure checks at Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush Library (24th May)

The Stroke Association will be at Hammersmith Library from  10am -12pm and Shepherds Bush Library from 2pm – 4pm  on Friday 24th May. On the day they will be holding free blood pressure checks, answering any questions you may have and sharing information about the Stroke Awareness Month. Here’s a map and travel details to get to Hammersmith Library and another map to Shepherds Bush Library.
