This morning for breakfast, I am eating: 100% rolled oats, chia, raspberries, cinnamon and 100% peanut butter. This is one of my go-to healthy breakfasts. It covers all of the nutritional bases, and is also delicious. You can sub in any fruit, or nut butter. Chia seeds help lower your glycemic index, which in turn means less sugar cravings (in theory). PLUS, I love the texture of them! 🙂

Off to take my daughter to dance class! More later…
